I believe that private yoga sessions can be a worthwhile investment an individuals’ own growth and health. I teach private sessions in the comfort of your own home, or a space of your choosing, whether one to one or in a very small private group, allowing for a more personal approach to your practice. Whether you are looking to deepen you practice or are at the start of your journey, the classes can be personalised to an individuals’ needs.
